If so, where > do I put the following? Nope, tn5250-config is for compiling things which depend on tn5250 and lib5250 being installed. The configuration files work as follows: @sysconfdir@/tn5250rc - System-wide configuration. ~/.tn5250rc - User-specific configuration. What `@sysconfdir@' is depends on how you configured the package when installing. It defaults to /usr/local/etc (so that would mean /usr/local/etc/tn5250rc). ~/.tn5250rc, is, of course, the file named `.tn5250rc' (with the leading period) in your home directory. Unless you are configuring your box as a terminal server for an organization and want to set up all the users with specific sessions or other tn5250 configuration, I'd just use the user-specific config file. > -Jay 'Eraserhead' Felice (jfelice@cronosys.com) +--- | This is the LINUX5250 Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to LINUX5250@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to LINUX5250-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to LINUX5250-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com +---
