I think this is what you want:

lp5250d -s linuxopt2 -T "HP4" -P "scs2ascii | lpr -Plinuxoptra" 10.2.0.26

If you are using the tn5250 command to print, you are probably using an
older version of the emulator.  Later versions have a seperate lp5250d
print daemon.
