I'll confirm this...   the cursor positioning in STRSST, option 1 is
clearly not right...    thats rather strange, I wouldn't have expected it
to position to a non-input field :)

That may be what the issue with DFU is.  If you watch closely, when you do
an UPDDTA, it appears to display the screen twice.   Once, for an instant,
with the cursor in the proper place -- then redisplays it with the cursor 
in the wrong place.   Sounds like it may very well be a "display file
window" issue.
