It's pretty easy to do. Find us5250.map (assuming your using us5250.map otherwise find the appropriate one). Find Keycode 96 = KP_enter change it to Keycode 96 = Control_k, which is the field exit key. Restart TN5250, and you should be good to go. This isn't appropriate for XT5250, I don't believe.
