Can Excel import XML? I hacked a utility called asdbget which uses FTP and some AS/400 specific magic to retreive files from the 400 and put translate them in to ASCII XML format (which has a header describing the complete file layout). The theory is that you could pipe it to a quick hack of a perl script using XML::Parser that could translate it into any other format. > > -Jay 'Eraserhead' Felice +--- | This is the LINUX5250 Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to LINUX5250@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to LINUX5250-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to LINUX5250-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com +---
