Hey,

you can find AS400 PTF in the Internet or via the standard PTF delivery
vehicle called  "ECS".

ECS (electronic customer service) is
  -> a synchronous modem attached to your AS400
  -> dialing IBM PTF service in your area
  -> and downloading this desired PTF to your AS400.
Use AS400 command "SNDPTFORD" for this.

To download PTF from the Internet please visit
http://as400service.rochester.ibm.com     and click "Internet PTF"
You have to register first before you are able to
download PTF from Internet.
