I've never seen anything like this before, and it's apparently something to do with Java trying to access an IFS object. Our Tomcat webapp is reporting this:

org.hsqldb.HsqlException: java.io.FileNotFoundException: /foo/BAR/db/xyzpdq.lobs (The requested resource is busy.)

I've never seen an IFS object reporting as "busy" before. Any insights?
