The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
I have only used Jasper Reports so far with great success.
Would like to look at BIRT as well for comparison, but haven't found anything so far Jasper couldn't do.

Hi Everyone,
I'm giving a presentaation on JasperReports and iReport at our local JUG ( JaxJUG - Jacksonville, FL ) this Wednesday evening. It's a concepts and how-to, but I'm sure some attendees will ask for comparisons. I'd appreciate it if anyone who's used both, and doesn't have an axe to grind, could send constructive pros and cons.
I think it would also be helpful to those on thi smailing list. I've been happy with JasperReports, but always open to new horizons.
