and the "db2jcc_license_cisuz.jar" is especially missing !!!

anyone knows where to locate these and download them ??

May be you can use the "db2 connect developer edition" (or whatever name it has today).
Is a full fledged db2 connect for use in developer's workstation (I've used it in 2006).
