Hi.
I have been looking at whether I could do surveillance with jconsole
against Java programs running in the _CLASSIC_ Java Virtual Machine, and
I have found that the documentation does not mention JMX at all (which
is the underlying technology). Hence I looked into MX4J which appears
to have quite a steep learning curve (like always, sigh).
So, before going on a great coding safari I'd like to hear if anybody
has managed to do this, and how they did it? I can probably sacrifice a
hen or a goat, but I think virgins is out of the question.
Any suggestions?
