Other option I was thinking to add a PCML parameter and send "JAVA" in this field if called from java or send "RPG" if called from other RPG program.

But this will require file change, which is not good.
Could you explain why you need to do this?

Can you override the Java method doing the calling to invoke another RPG program ins tead and do the change there?
