Hi
No this is a web application running on tomcat application server,
A Servlet calls this AS400 program, This is very weird this web application have no issues with other AS400, but only one.
Is it possible that there is another job started on AS400 which runs the program and put the message and so java program does not get message from message queue.
How do i know which job runs and process this job on AS400, if i see the job in subsystem QUSRWRK, the same job runs all the time, and the job name on As400 is same as in my Java program.

Hi
This is the sequence of events, i login AS400 using
AS400 userid, password,
then use commang CHGLIB to set library list for this
job, and then use command
new MessageQueue(as400,

QSYSObjectPathName.toPath("QTEMP",
as400.getUserId(), "MSGQ"));

To create Message queue in QTEMP library,
The library does have QTEMP in library list

If I understand correctly QTEMP is "private" for
each job. This means
that you cannot do this as the prestarted jobs QTEMP is
different from
the QTEMP you want to access.

Think of it as static variables in a JVM; and you are in
two different
JVM's.
