I'm not touching this with a ten-foot pole. If you're willing to trust Sun, then Netbeans has a lot of features. I hate the Eclipse vs. Netbeans fanboy arguments, though. Yeesh.
Trust Sun... compared to, say, trusting IBM not to pull WDSC? or VisualAge for Java before it?
P.S. The new version of NetBeans (6.1, now in beta) supports WebSphere.
