I'm pretty sure that these values cause the DCM repository to be accessed as
the certificate store but I could be wrong. Maybe on your test system you
could rename the jssacacerts file and see if that affects the operation.

I think this controls what certificate store you're using.

I can't really specify changing these values ... as they effect the
entire system, not just my application.

The java app I'm trying to get working is going to be run at a
customers
site.
