Drag and Drop

Has anyone used the Drag and Drop classes in a browser type of
application?  I wasn't involved in the meeting but our developers met
with some Java 'experts' and their advice was to not use the DnD in a
browser based app but only in a rich client situation.  The reason I ask
is this is one of the features that gets bopped around with some of the
.net applications that we see.  So, I want to see if people have used
it, are using it, and for any reason would they not recommend it?
