 The changes made to a datasource are not dynamic ..... they need to stop
and start the server to pick them up.   Furthermore, you should NEVER,
NEVER "kill the server side jobs".  What that does is cause
StaleConnectionExceptions to pop up because we still hold handles in the
connection pool to those now dead jobs.

All,

I've got a WAS 5.1 Express server on V5R2. I've made a change to the
'libraries' property of a data source, but it's not getting picked up on
new connections. I've killed all the server-side jobs for the old
connections and it's still not getting picked up. The connection pool is
set to 30-second reap & unused and 60 second aged, but it still not
getting picked up. I made this change about 3 hours ago. What does it
take to get WAS to see a change in the properties of a data source?
