It sounds like you are basically creating a custom ClassLoader which uses JDBC to get to the byte stream. This might be a more robust way to load such classes, if it is not important which ClassLoader you use.
In any way you can call such code unknown at compilation time by using the reflection framework, or with appropriate interfaces.
