This problem was solved.

First of All I didn't create the Digital Certificate on AS/400 using HTTP
Server Administration Interface.

Second I was not placing SUNs jcert.jar, jnet.jar and jsse.jar files in my
classpath.

This is an internal Sun class which you should not have to use directly, 
and which is not guaranteed to be in a given Java implementation (IBM 
probably replaced it with their own ssl implementation).
