Question about Java job submitted in Batch

Hi
I have a java class running on AS400 where i do the
following
AS400 as400 = new AS400("localhost", "*CURRENT",
"*CURRENT");

I use to assume that the as400 will have the same
library list as that of the CL program which submits
the java job  using QSH to batch.

It seems that as400 is taking library list from the
job description of the user submitting the job.

Is there a way to over ride and get library list of
the CL job submitting.

Actually i also tried to set INLLIBL to *CURRENT and
also by specifying library name in SBMJOB command to
setup the library name, still it takes library list
from job description
