Add that to your classpath, /QIBM/ProdData/OS400/jt400/lib/jt400Native.jar

Eg

JAVA CLASS(com.pmtr.tools.GetExchangeRates) 
CLASSPATH('/com/pmtr/tools/CurrencyConverter.jar:/QIBM/ProdData/OS400/jt400/
lib/jt400Native.jar')

Ran the command as: JAVA CLASS(com.pmtr.tools.GetExchangeRates) 
CLASSPATH('/com/pmtr/tools/CurrencyConverter.jar') 

Now it fails with another class not being found: 
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/ibm/as400/access/AS400 
Looks like jt400.jar is missing. 
Hmmm, thought it got included in the project on the export.
