You need to either:
	a) Escape the apostrophe within "BELL'S TURN" so it becomes "BELL\'S 
TURN". You are already escaping the quote marks so extend the practice.
	b) URL encode the entire string (although this is usually for sending 
to the host rather than displaying in the client).
