Works great, except when street is "BELL'S TURN" and my link wants to
truncate itself and it can't find the ending ")".
Any ideas?

You need to either:
a) Escape the apostrophe within "BELL'S TURN" so it becomes "BELL\'S TURN". You are already escaping the quote marks so extend the practice.
b) URL encode the entire string (although this is usually for sending to the host rather than displaying in the client).
