Hi Folks,

We are now getting requests to use XML data on Iseries, but we
are still debating what will be the best approach.

If we use Java then, are there any parsers available supplied by
reliable vendors so that we can reply on support if needed.

If we use DB2 extenders then, am I correct in thinking that you
cannot validate your xml data instance against any schemas.

I'm sure a lot of shops have debated this and have come to some
conclusions.

I would like to hear their approach and any views that they
might have in hindsight.

	Many Thanks in advance.
