Thanks Rick and others who supplied this information.  Don't know why I
didn't get a hit from WikiPedia when I queried for a definition ... must
review my search strategy!

I already knew the HSSF (Horrible Spread Sheet Format acronym) and this one
just adds to my collection of interesting factlets when presenting this
stuff!
