From there you will have a "Palette" view that you can select many different UI controls (including a tabbed pane). I use myeclipseide.com because WDSc was a little overwhelming at first. I hope to get back to WDSc soon though. JSF is a very nice technology that is making my web programming life much easier. I would highly recommend any jsp programmer to take a look at it.
