Does anyone have any examples of sending data to a form and getting data
back from the form using java, jsp, and what not? Basically, I was told
here by a developer who's waaaay busy now, and doesn't have time to go
thru it further until tomorrow that in my application where I have a bunch
of properties loading to a left pane, I want it to be clicked link like:
http://localhost:9080/BulkGarbage/LoadCust?custId=0900000000000100000001
That should invoke either a jsp, or a java program to go to the database,
retrieve the record for that custId and show it on a forms page. I know
what I have to do, but I'm completely lost in how to do it. Should
LoadCust be a java program? A jsp? And how does it know what I'm sending
it? I'm sure once I get over that hurdle I'll be fine. Plus, do I build
my form using HTML, or should it be built by the jsp? At any rate, thanks
in advance.
