You need something to identify the users. You may need a message that
sends the user's email address to the data queue. Or a customer number
can be sent to the data queue and a customer file can be searched for
the email address. Essentially you need to be able to uniquely identify
from whom the message was sent. You may need to increase your message
size to include identifying information.
