LPAR Partition ID -- JAVA400-L

Is there a way to get the LPAR Partition ID using the toolbox (or anything
else) from a Java client running on my PC?  The problem is I don't have any
code on the iSeries yet when this information is needed (custom installer)
so writing a C program or command to get this info is not an option.  The
MATMATR MI API can be used to get the LPAR partition ID.  Worst case is I
guess I could upload a temp program that I call from my Java client but I
hope to avoid it.
