Correct. The workaround is to have the Java program use the toolbox. Create an AS400 object and then use that to create a ProgramCall or CommandCall object that in turn creates the QTEMP file. The file will be created in the QTEMP library of the QZRCSRVS job for that AS400 object. Then, any subsequent calls using that same AS400 object will be able to access the QTEMP library.
