RE: Connect to Microsoft Access Database from AS400 using java

They don't and you can't.

In fact, Access as I understand it access isn't really a RDBMS.

Most of the stuff that would be taken by the RDBMS itself, for instance
concurrent access, is managed by the ODBC driver instead.
