Hello,

I am looking for a resource or code examples regarding file events. 
We have a third party software package that we are installing.  It is an
order picking software.
We do not have access to the code and I have been given the task of getting
data from their server to the 400.  
All the software is capable of doing is ftp a text file to a directory.  My
question is, is ther a way to poll or watch
 for a directory change to call a program to read the text file and process
the data.  If so how do I approach this.
 I have not had to do anything like this so any help would be appreciated.
