will do.  I just not sure how to create the build.xml file yet.  I'll look at 
your and David's example to see I can figure something out.  Looks complicated 
at the moment :(.  Hopefully is a write once and work for all type of thing.  
It would be bad if I need to create one build.xml for each project.

In eclipse, if you right click on the build.xml, you should get a menu 
that allows you to run the ant build
ie, right-click-->Run-->Ant build. That should do it.
