You may want to post this to the WDSC list. They have people that watch that list because of their TurnOver plug-in for WDSC. Not sure if they look at this one. I would also say that you should call them. You can explain your environment to them and they can tell you how TurnOver fits in.
I do know that they sell Version Manager for PC style source. It integrates into TurnOver to handle the deployment.
As for handling the RPG side of things, it does a GREAT job.
