The ActionForward has a redirect property that when
set to true (false is the default), it instructs the
web client to make a new HTTP request. Keep in mind
that a redirect clears the request context. So you
could have something like this in your
struts-config.xml file...

<forward name="goodbye" redirect=true
path="/form/goodbye.jsp" />
