websphere, where to start?

We just upgraded to a new box, and were at 5.2

I have been running the Classic web server, using rpg-cgi, and net.data for
the past 3 years or so...  But now, I want to start using The Application
Server... What book, should I start with, to get this server up and
runnning...

My only experiece so far, is running tomcat on my personal pc, and writing a
few programs with the toolkit, to retrieve, data to and from the iseries..
