Dieter, Yes we seem to agree. I don't have any experience with an 810 but the 825 does seem to work pretty well. I would guess that an 810 is better suited to Tomcat and would be OK as long as you buy enough memory and disk. I could fully agree with you, that on highend systems the single box solution has some performance advantages, as long as it doesn't reach the limits of the cpu. Diieter BTW the 810 is newest hardware and ibm recommends this system for WebSphere applications!
