I find myself sporadically writing Java Apps also. I am typically writing Java apps when my project needs to integrate with PC data or applications. When I first log in of the morning, I bring up WDSCi. I can then use it for any development that I am doing at the time. RPG, CL, DDS, Java, Web, etc.. I use the 'iSeries Table View' to view or edit RPG, CL, etc. Java perspective for Java projects, & Web Perspective for web apps. I found it really nice for Java apps. I will create a Java Project/package, write my Java applications, then export the package to a .Jar file that resides on the iSeries. Set my iSeries classpath to the Jar file & Bingo, I'm done! It's great. Don McIntyre __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Yahoo! SiteBuilder - Free, easy-to-use web site design software http://sitebuilder.yahoo.com
