There are lots of ways to accomplish this. Here are a couple of ideas off the top of my head: 1. Convert the Spooled file to an HTML file (either by creating the HTML file INSTEAD OF or In Addition to...the Spooled File, or by CPYSPLF to a database file and then reading that in an RPG program and gen'ing an HTML file). 2. Use Ops Nav to drag the spooled file to your desktop where it is automagically converted to a *.txt file. We also use JWalk for part of our application. I'm sure that when you said "limited capability", what you really meant to say was, "This is by far, the most unimaginably god-awful piece of crap software that it has ever been my misfortune to use." At least that's what I mean when I refer to it's "limited capabilities".
