Java Exceptions reported by RPG

After much sweat, we've managed to get Java to run from RPG. The trouble now is 
that when a java exception does occur, we can't get the full info java normally 
gives. We only get the class.method that was called, and the type of exception. 
We're not getting the trace of all classes and line numbers involved. What's 
going on?
