barcode recognition software -- JAVA400-L

Anyone out there know of any software or SDK's available that will read
barcodes from scanned images?  I've found a couple of things that look like
they might work (One from Tasman and one from AccuSoft), but I'd like to
see if there are any others.

Native 400 apps would be fine as well, but I haven't found anything along
those lines.
