I don't know the answer for you, but there are 3 different processors on the
500
#2140 - 21.4 cpw    max memory 768
#2141 - 30.7 cpw    max memory 768
#2142 - 43.9 cpw    max memory 1024
(Zak's 510-2143 has cpw of 81.6 and max memory of 2143
the upgrade path, up to the 530-2162 - 650 cpw.
