The logs on the remote PC state the same error code (550). Also, the weird thing is when I FTP the file manually on the 400 it works, but not when it's running within my java program. Check the logs over there to see what's happening. See if you can turn on debugging for the remote server (it may accept the DBUG command). It looks like a problem with the way the directories are set up on the remote side.
