Patrick,

Given that it involves Xerces, my guess would be that it is finding an 
older version of Xerces from somewhere in your classpath.  Perhaps someone 
has loaded it in their System classpath?

I am getting the following Java exception. This application is running 
fine
on a variety of platforms (V4R5, V5R1, V5R2). The customer has 5769JC1
installed. The Classpath look OK. Any thoughts? Any pointers on how to
interpret this set of messages would be appreciated, too.
