I am not sure how you get it, but IBM has a set of Host Access classes
that I believe are only available as part of Host On Demand. Those
classes are known as the HACL API. I ran across these while researching
a project but couldn't find out how you obtain them, what the licensing
is, or how much they cost. If you do find any of this out, I would be
interested.
