Can you tell me more about the PCML?  Where can I find more information on 
this?  We only use JDBC and have come across cases, where we could do with some 
help.

We mostly use JDBC to retrieve records, but there are a handful of
complicated cases where we already had well-defined and isolated RPG
routines so we just used them.  Those are a mixture of single and multiple
records.  When doing multiple they are returned using a Multi-Occurance
Data Structure which PCML makes very easy to define and use.

When you say you use a combination of PCML and JDBC for retrieving records
from the backend, do you use
PCML for single record retrieval while JDBC is used for retrieving back
lists of records?
