I haven't experienced this, but have you checked the QUTCOFFSET system
value?

The system might be adjusting the time based on what it thinks is your real
time.

I don't know for sure about how to determine how much memory is allocated,
but you can use the -ms and -mx parameters on the java qsh command (I'm not
100% sure how to specify it on the OS400 java command).
