Hi, did anybody play with this. What are the results? Contrary to what is written in the books (don't give me an overview of garbage collection now), lower value works better for my application, but not for the rest of the system. What happens is that lower value enables Java application to grab signifficantly more CPU%. It's a 2 way system, V5R1, and I can go from 25% to 78% just changing GCHINL from 64000 to 257. Also, application works faster. Vanja Jovic, Canada __________________________________________________________________ Your favorite stores, helpful shopping tools and great gift ideas.
