It really depends on what you are doing with the parser. I
would certainly use JDOM if it meets your needs. JDOM also
needs a parser and I would use Xerces 2.0.1 if it is an option.
JDOM is still beta but pretty stable and it really simplifies working
with XML documents in Java.
