There is supposed to be a Swing/AWT VCE coming in WSAD 5.0, which I have
seen references to being available in the fall.

WSAD 4.0 does include WYSIWIG-tooling for designing web pages.

There is nothing in Eclipse, although there are various open source
projects on SourceForge to provide this.  These are all in early stages.

and/or Eclipse? I heard some talk that Eclipse has a visual composition
environment or something like that....
