I just had this problem myself. There are several PTFs available that may fix this problem. See the thread I started on the JTOpen support forum for a list of these PTFs: http://www-912.ibm.com/j_dir/JTOpen.nsf/8178b1c14b1e9b6b8525624f0062fe9f/a81403b611a0583686256bab006d7543?OpenDocument === Marshall Dunbar DPS, Inc. marshall@dpslink.com (317)574-4300 (800)654-4689 ==== "Mike Silvers" <msilvers@hbs-inc.com> Sent by: java400-l-admin@midrange.com 05/10/2002 05:15 AM Please respond to java400-l To: <java400-l@midrange.com> cc: Subject: Error: [SQL0804] SQLDA not valid. All, I am using JDBC for data access to the AS/400. I am using a prepared statement. When I execute the prepared statement to add a new record, I am getting the error: [SQL0804] SQLDA not valid. I am not sure what this error is indicating. Any ideas?
