David,

Look at your prestart job entries for the subsystem they are running
in.
I think it depends on release, but you might do a wrksbsd qserver.
Prompt the addpje command to get more information on how initial,
threshold, and additional jobs parameters work.

Folks:

Does anyone know all the situations where a new QZDASOINIT job would
be
created?

I've got some java code that is doing JDBC access and program calls
from a
PC. I've noticed that the number of QZDASOINIT jobs that are in my
QSERVER
subsystem keeps growing, and it seems directly related to my code ...
but I
can't tell exactly why.

Thanks!

david
